Absolutely love this shoe. Runs a little on the larger side, but as long as the shoelaces are tied well they fit perfectly. I haven’t had one problem. So it’s a comfortable,Good fit and there’s no slipping on my wooden floor where I work out. I do lifting and various types of cardio so just a note. I don’t use them to run or jog or anything. Absolutely beautiful design too. They look just like the picture!

Huge downgrade. Worked out in these(leg day). The toe box is narrow, causing pain in my pinky toe. My feet kept sliding during the hack squat. I did not feel locked into the shoe the same way I did with the Metcon Free 6. This could be due to the newly added tongue. The shoe seems a little bit higher than the previous version, so my walking lunges felt unstable. The free metcon 6 seems lower, so I felt more grounded during leg exercises. After having the shoe on for a few hours, my feet started to ache. Lastly, the shoe looks ugly in hand.

I loved the Metcon 4s, I liked the 5s, I was not a fan the 6s. The 7s are my favorites overall. They are nice and flat, so perfectly stable for lifting. They also have enough cushioning for comfort while walking or short treadmill runs. Sizing: Seens to be a bit different from previous versions— I typically wear a size 9 in most Nike shoes. But, I wore a size 9.5 in Metcon 4 and a size 9 in Metcon 7.

The Metcon 5’s were the best and were true to size. The Metcon 6’s fit 1/2 size too big for me as well as all of my gym friends. They still were comfortable but you had to tie the laces tight since they were wide. These Metcon 6’s also are too big, at least 1/2 size and very wide. They are also still and do not have the same amount of cushion.

These are so cute on and very comfortable. I wasn’t a fan at all of the Metcon 6 because my foot felt very unsupported. I decided to try the 7’s and absolutely love them.

Great gym shoes, stable and comfortable. For me, they’re perfect for gym training, especially if you mix weights with some cardio.

I brought this two weeks ago and it’s very uncomfortable. I thought it was stretched by now.

Very comfortable and supportive shoe. Consider sizing up by a half size from your normal Nike shoe size because the toe box seems to be a tighter fit.

Nike always does this. They have a good product and then they do a redesign and mess it up. I wore the metcon 6s for four years and loved them. Do not fix it, if it is not broken. These shoes are rigid, the material is different and rub the sides and heel, the 7 is a completely different shoe. Uncomfortable compared to the Metcon 6. Bring them back!! These are NOT it.

Not as comfortable as my previous pair of Metcon. Style not as expected, makes my feet look wide. Will be making an exchange.

Love how the shoes feels and looks. However the front of the show is so narrowed that your toes are so thight in the front . Wish I would return them of how bad they are .

Very cute shoes, love the new style. They do run small though so I would definitely recommend sizing up at least a half size.

I’ve been impressed with the Nike Women’s Metcon 7. They’re incredibly comfortable during weight training, with a stable yet cushioned feel that makes a big difference during longer sessions. I also have plantar fasciitis, and these provide great support and help reduce discomfort while lifting. On top of that, they look amazing—sleek, stylish, and easy to pair with gym outfits. Definitely a solid choice for both performance and style.

I have never written a review on shoes but these shoes are absolutely awful so I hope it finds the next person considering the new metcons . Nike has gone downhill after the metcon 5 fly ease, please go back to the 3,4&5 design. I gave these shoes a day thinking they were just a little sturdier and not as wide as the metcon 6s (thankfully) but by the end of the day I had blisters on the backs of both of my ankles and blood on the shoes (the size of the shoe fit fine)but the heel design needs to be reconsidered . It’s too high and hard as a rock.

The tongue of the shoe, on both feet, hurts in the cutout area.
