Rated 5 out of 5 by from Like sock slippers! I’ve been wearing these for almost a month now and they’re super comfortable! They practically slip off like a slipper when taking them off but subtly hug your foot like a sock while working out. I’ve had no issues like rubbing or blisters with these shoes. Felt great right out of the box. They are also super light and well ventilated (I sweat a lot). I wear them for weight lifting, stair master/rowing and CrossFit workouts. However I don’t use them on my running days. They have plenty of cushion and support for short running intervals but I prefer a running shoe for my long run days. I wear 8 1/2 in Nike’s. These were a little more roomy than my other Nike 8 1/2 shoes (I think because of stretchy lightweight material of shoe) but not enough to make me want to size down. I would definitely buy these again for training workouts.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wouldn't use for lifting I bought these shoes a couple of days ago because I needed a new pair of training shoes after I destroyed my last pair of nike trainers. I went with these specifically because a reviewer mentioned they would be better with lifting rather than running. I do a lot of HIIT and lifting, and while they're fine with my general exercises, they ruin my lifts. There is too much padding that throws off my balance. I had to take them off to successfully complete my lifts. If I didn't lift, I would give it 5 stars since they're pretty comfortable, but for $100, I didn't get what I needed :(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Gym & Training Shoes Ever All honesty Nike Free TR7 Women's Training Shoe fits like a glove and very comfortable in my opinion. When I put this tennis shoes, it feels like I walk on air and I love doing cardio and strength training in them. I highly recommend this tennis shoe to all my family and friends. It depends on your fit and comfortability by choosing what tennis shoe is right for you. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best TR Frees yet! I LOVE these shoes. I've been wearing the prior versions of the TR Frees to work out for several years, but these are by far the best. They're so comfortable that I never want to take them off! I've found them to be well-balanced and perfect for weight lifting, boxing, cardio, and just walking around. As someone with flat feet, I often experience pain in my arches after being on my feet all day. Not with these shoes! They also weigh nothing, which is a huge bonus when toting in my gym bag. Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cute, but not comfortable First, I love the style of these- they're cute with workout clothes or jeans for running errands before/after the gym- and they fit my (narrow) 7.5 feet perfectly. I've worn them for three days in a row, though, and they've destroyed the inner side of my toes and heels- even walking around isn't comfortable without bandaids around my ankles. I'm hoping with some more breaking in these will work, as I want to love them for lower impact workouts. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great except no support I LOVED these at first and really wanted to continue loving them, but I have flat feet and my insoles. I placed my insoles in and they were great. I could move in so many ways without being tripped up except my feet were numb after 30 minutes of Dance Cardio. So Painful that it was hard to continue my class. They were fine after. I thought it was maybe about breaking in the shoe but nope. I also tried with Nike Insoles and with my insoles on top of Nike's but just didn't work so they went back. I really love them and am thinking about purchasing again since I cannot find anything else I like but will first have to find memory foam I can buy and will experiment with that and placing in my shoe to protect ball of foot. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stylish Comfort I am a huge fan of Nike Free Run shoes and decided to go for some cross trainers as they offer a little more support for my lateral training movements. These shoes are super comfortable! Super easy to put on, just slide your feet in! No need to lace up each time. The color (light purple/light mauve tone) is absolutely wonderful! Ive received so many compliments. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Noooo Nike :( Why mess up a good thing? Love the look of these shoes but they just do not compare to the Tr 5s or Tr 4s. The heel drop is way too high, and that close-ground-responsiveness that was so nice in the previous models is also gone. I absolutely LOVED my 4s and 5s (fav model), these are just completely different shoes unfortunately. Additionally, as someone else pointed out, they feel like water shoes as the breathability is really lacking. Please bring back the lesser drop, thinner sole/bottom and more breathability!
