Pockets!

I bought this for long runs during marathon training because it has 3 pockets for gets, keys, etc. they rode up a tad at first but once I start seating they stay in place.

Almost…but Not Quite 😕

Let’s start with the positive; The material is great. As advertised, it is fitted but not too fitted. The waist is just high enough and has a drawstring that assures me that these sagging is not going to be an issue with these shorts. The water bottle that I carry during long races fits into the side pockets. The negatives: without even going for a test run, I can tell that these shorts are going to ride up. I don’t think that it’s simply the 4 inch length, either. These are women’s running shorts. Whomever designed these did not account for the fact that women are not simply smaller men. When we run, we develop muscles in our legs and our shorts need to have enough room to fit those muscles! I am talking quads and hamstrings here. And yes, we come in all shapes and sizes. I am 5’4 and 119 lbs. I am not super skinny, but I am fairly lean and have developed muscles with years of training. The bottom of these shorts hit right in the middle of the thickest part of my leg. If there were an elastic grip on the interior of the leg it would probably fix the issue. Or just make the legs wider.

Not A Great Fit

I didn’t like these at all, sorry. The pockets were baggy and the shorts felt loose. Sent them back.

Sad Day :/

I wanted to love these soooo bad. But after the first try on, they were super unflattering on my waist and butt, which I was willing to look past because it’s just a run and would get over it haha. I did a long run in them but was deeply unsatisfied — they rode up the entire time and just uncomfortable, spent a majority of the run picking them out. Now i know not to get 4” - or maybe it’s Nike? I thought Nike was the Running OG but I just feel so sad that I can’t wear these.
