-1 Star Received A Used Item Sold As New
I purchased this sports bra online along with several other items. When I took it out of the package, I immediately noticed a strong perfume smell. Upon closer inspection, it became clear that this item had been worn and returned before being restocked and resold as new. The original tags were completely missing — replaced only by a price sticker showing a discount lower than what I actually paid. The fabric showed visible signs of being stretched out from wear, which is especially noticeable on the elastic band at the bottom, where you can clearly tell the difference between a brand-new piece and one that has been used. On top of that, I found a loose thread where the stitching had started to come apart. I genuinely cannot understand how an item in this condition was put back on the shelf and sold to a customer as new. This has been a very disappointing shopping experience.
