    I am always a 7.5, i have to exchange my pair for a size 8. So I would definitely size up a half size.

    I have worn Metcons for several years and these are my favorite! I purchased the peony and black and the color combo is great. I especially like the lace tuck pocket.

    Not Quite Usual Nike Comfort

    I have been a faithful Nike wearer for over 30 years. These were not quite up to snuff. They are very stiff, both the sole and the material, so they are not all that comfortable. I wear them only at the gym so they get me through a workout, but I won't be buying Metcons again.

    Short & Wide In Toe Box

    Absolutely HATE the new Metcon!!!! I have a Metcon 8 and love them, and the 9/10 are the worst. The toe box is way too big and they are not sized properly. Please go back to your old ways!

    Glad I Went Up A Whole Size

    I’m so glad I heeded the advice of other reviewers and sized up a whole size. I normally wear a 10 in street shoes and rarely, a 10.5 in athletic shoes, but fortunately there wasn’t a 10.5 in the turquoise shoes so I went up to size 11 and it’s a good thing I did because with a 10.5, I think my toes would have been pressing against the top of the shoe. The toe box is plenty wide, which I like (my feet are regular width but I like to not have my toes scrunched together). The heel seems lower than what I’ve been used to so I’m still assessing that. I definitely noticed having better balance in my exercise class because these shoes provide a good platform for the feet. I gave them four stars because the sizing really is off, lengthwise, from what most of us are used to.
