    Terrible Shoes Hurt A Lot

    Worst shoes ever. Sizing is off people are saying size up but I should've sized down. They also hurt your te omch because the material on the outside is just straight hard plastic.

    Size Up!

    I love metcons but make sure to go up an entire size! They’re very narrow and run super small. Had to exchange them twice. Hopefully the next size up is more comfy!

    Runs Wide And Short!!!!

    Ive been a size 10 metcon since 2018. This is the widest and shortest metcon ever. Im so disappointed. Ive never bought any other crossfit shoes, and i had to size up to 11 and now theyre way too wide. Probably returning. I bought 10 and 11 -returnin

    This shoe is perfect for all CrossFit workouts. I was seeking a comfortable shoe that is durable and light. I also have high arches and these shoes offer fantastic support. I highly recommend these shoes to anyone looking for a new CrossFit shoe. And it was my FIRST pair of Nike Metcons!
