Rated 2 out of 5 by from Huge Nike fan, extremely Disappointment I always buy Nike sneakers , im an avid weight lifter who teaches dance fitness and circuit training, I usually love Nike trainers. I’m very disappointed in Nike on these ones. I’m finding the flimsy on the sides (bad lateral support ) , they loosen up as you wear them no matter how tight you tie them , something about the material. I found they’re slippery on gym and studio floors when you need some traction and but somehow they’re NOT slippery when you need them to be (turning, pivoting) These were a total let down for me, the Nike free run and the older version of metcon flyknit we’re much much better .

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ladies get shafted on color choices Wow, Nike. Talk about missing the mark on the women's colors. Notice the men's metcon come in awesome colors and variety, especially the gum bottom. You have 4 different varieties of white. Seriously? Ask any crossfitter what the worst color sneaker would be to have. So our choices are 4 variations of white, 2 variations of pale pink, 2 variations or pale green and 1 kind of painfully basic black. I see you have every color in several sizes. Back when you released the first Metcon and Metcon 2 Icould grab them fast enough in my size. Everything was sold out. Please, please make better colors.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I wish I loved these I love metcons and was so excited to get my hands on the black and pink when it came out. I put them on and they instantly felt tight and made marks in my feet. I thought they just needed stretched out and I noticed the laces were stiff and too short. I changed the laces and they are still very uncomfortable. I do at home workouts with a lot of cardio and weight training. I wish I loved these but I am instantly uncomfortable as soon as I put them on. Older metcons seemed to run big and I'm not sure if it's this new model or what, but they just don't fit the same even in my normal shoe size.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great concept and sturdy materials but not working out great I like the shoe, but there is too much room. They didn’t actually fit me until I put custom orthotics. Prior to that I had to strap them down as tight as i could and I have big feet! They took a long to break in, but with orthotics and post break in time, I started to really like them for lifting. But then a little piece near the toe broke off and is floating around the toe box in between two layers of material so I can’t get it out and now it just feels like I have a rock permanently floating around my shoe! Help!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Big Nike fan , disappointed this time I was really disappointed in these shoes. I’m a Zumba instructor and weight lifter, I have always sworn by Nike trainers; these ones are flimsy on the sides lacking lateral support , the tongue the of the shoe is also flimsy and won’t syau out: the laces cos rely come untied or loose no matter how hard I tie them or double knot , aomstign about the fabric just makes them stretch as you wear them. the Free run and the Duel and the-fusion were so much better with such better support.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Too small and my color is out of stock :( I’m not sure how I feel about these. I’m a true 7 in shoes but for some reason these seem very tight on my feet. They’re also super stiff and hard. I’m going to try to break them in but I might exchange for a larger size. I do see the color I have is out of stock in the size I need unfortunately :( I would definitely recommend sizing up in these! They are nice and flat which is good for me keeping balance and they are beautiful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from In love with these!!! These are the best lifting shoes! The base of the shoes is completely flat, so they are great for lifting. My feet are solid on the ground, so you won't lose balance. They are also pretty comfortable, they take a little working in, but after a few times in the gym they fit like a glove. The only thing I would say is to definitely try them on first. I usually get a 9 in Nikes but these I liked the fit in a 8.5.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I wish these were comfortable I wish I liked these shoes. A lot of the girls in my crossfit gym have metcon 3s & they like them, but I tried 2 different sizes in this shoe and after 5 minutes, I wanted to cry because the pain in my feet was unbearable. I really liked the sole of the shoes because they gripped the gym floor awesome during burpees and mountain climbers, so much better than my Reebok, but what good is that if they are horribly uncomfortable. When they designed this shoe, it was like they made the sole of the shoe narrow and it gets bigger as it goes up to the laces instead of the other way around which would make more sense considering most people have wider feet at the bottom of their foot than at the top. My heels also kept slipping out of the back of the shoe even when the first size I got was very snug. I really wish I liked this shoes because its a good idea, but the design is flawed.
