Rated 1 out of 5 by from I wish these were comfortable I wish I liked these shoes. A lot of the girls in my crossfit gym have metcon 3s & they like them, but I tried 2 different sizes in this shoe and after 5 minutes, I wanted to cry because the pain in my feet was unbearable. I really liked the sole of the shoes because they gripped the gym floor awesome during burpees and mountain climbers, so much better than my Reebok, but what good is that if they are horribly uncomfortable. When they designed this shoe, it was like they made the sole of the shoe narrow and it gets bigger as it goes up to the laces instead of the other way around which would make more sense considering most people have wider feet at the bottom of their foot than at the top. My heels also kept slipping out of the back of the shoe even when the first size I got was very snug. I really wish I liked this shoes because its a good idea, but the design is flawed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I wish I loved these I love metcons and was so excited to get my hands on the black and pink when it came out. I put them on and they instantly felt tight and made marks in my feet. I thought they just needed stretched out and I noticed the laces were stiff and too short. I changed the laces and they are still very uncomfortable. I do at home workouts with a lot of cardio and weight training. I wish I loved these but I am instantly uncomfortable as soon as I put them on. Older metcons seemed to run big and I'm not sure if it's this new model or what, but they just don't fit the same even in my normal shoe size.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Too small and my color is out of stock :( I’m not sure how I feel about these. I’m a true 7 in shoes but for some reason these seem very tight on my feet. They’re also super stiff and hard. I’m going to try to break them in but I might exchange for a larger size. I do see the color I have is out of stock in the size I need unfortunately :( I would definitely recommend sizing up in these! They are nice and flat which is good for me keeping balance and they are beautiful.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hard insoles and high-heels-walking noise PROS: completely flat and keeps your feet balance on the ground, which is great for weight lifting. CONS: hard insoles/ less cushion. The hard and flat insoles make me feel like standing on a brick. High heels walking noise

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Workout Shoes I use these everyday to workout in... I lift weights and do some cross training. They fit perfectly for all sorts of maneuvers. I would recommend this to anyone who has a slender foot and trouble finding the right workout shoe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for weight lifting I started doing strength training on a more regular basis, and my running shoes just didn't feel right (and I didn't wanted to ruin them..). I love the way these shoes stabilize your feet when doing lunges, and in general the feel like they are "holding my feet" highly recommend them

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sticking with Reebok I thought by breaking in these shoes it would somehow get better. It never did. It is like wearing a brick on your feet. Very little fit on the heal. When I go to run, my heal is coming up and out, even with the shoe tied tightly. Great for lifting, but a WOD with a lot of squatting, your feet will throb. This is not a cross trainer. It is not made well to jump, run or walk around in. I will stick with my Reeboks and my Altras.
