Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ladies get shafted on color choices Wow, Nike. Talk about missing the mark on the women's colors. Notice the men's metcon come in awesome colors and variety, especially the gum bottom. You have 4 different varieties of white. Seriously? Ask any crossfitter what the worst color sneaker would be to have. So our choices are 4 variations of white, 2 variations of pale pink, 2 variations or pale green and 1 kind of painfully basic black. I see you have every color in several sizes. Back when you released the first Metcon and Metcon 2 Icould grab them fast enough in my size. Everything was sold out. Please, please make better colors.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Laces insanely long I was so excited to receive my first pair of Metcons only to find the laces ridiculous long. I ordered two different sizes and both shoes came with laces that were way too long. I cannot imagine that this is supposed to be correct for a training shoe. Laces this long are unsafe. I still gave the shoe a good rating because I really do love it, despite the very long laces.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very impressed I LOVE these shoes. Very comfortable. I bought a size 8 and they fit perfect. (I normally wear an 8.5). Very durable with all the burpees, rope climbs and box jumps...These have been so great for Crossfit!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice looking shoe, order half size up I like the style of the shoe but the material is tough, thick, and not breathable. I don’t see this shoe stretching. I would get half size up because I got my normal 6 1/2 and I have to wear really thin socks for comfort. I won’t be able to wear thick socks because my toes we squished. But, it’s still a nice looking shoe.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great concept and sturdy materials but not working out great I like the shoe, but there is too much room. They didn’t actually fit me until I put custom orthotics. Prior to that I had to strap them down as tight as i could and I have big feet! They took a long to break in, but with orthotics and post break in time, I started to really like them for lifting. But then a little piece near the toe broke off and is floating around the toe box in between two layers of material so I can’t get it out and now it just feels like I have a rock permanently floating around my shoe! Help!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great stability for weight training I am in love with Metcon 4! The flexible forefoot and wide toe box let me splay my piggies as needed, and I haven't had any issues about the midfoot or heel being too tight or slippy as other commenters mentioned. I'm a size 8 in runners, and an 8 in these, and they fit perfectly out of the box. The heel is rock hard, and can make for some louder walking for sure (high heel-esque). But, that hardness is exactly what I was missing when I tried weight training in my runners. When the shoes first arrived, I did some squats with the Metcon 4 on one foot and my runner on the other, and the difference was immediately obvious; I felt my Metcon foot, and particularly my heel, fully grounded and stable, while my runner pushed me onto my toes and was just too cushiony/squishy/wobbly. And, that was the last time I did any sort of weight training in my runners. I've been using the Metcons for nearly two months of training, and love them so much I just ordered a second pair. Would I do HIIT/cardio work in these? Nope. Would I run in them? Only if my life depended on it. Would I use them as a casual shoe to walk around in? No, but they look good enough to. But, for strength/weight training, I would highly recommend these shoes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sporty, Lots of toe room & great for an average lifter. I’m pretty picky with shoes. I’ll wear them around the house and send them back if I feel the least bit of discomfort. I don’t do much distance but obviously that doesn’t apply because this is a training shoe! I have fairly wide feet and so a lot of Nike flynit’s actually bother my feet. I feel very grounded when wearing these. I lift legs 3x a week and do stairs/sprints often. I bought a 6.5 from a local retailer and this is my usual Nike size. They are my go-to shoe now because they are so comfortable to me! They have so much toe room and I don’t feel squished at all. I love the sporty design as well. I gave them a 4 for comfort because they’re obviously flat shoes for lifting, so it’s not like you’re walking on a cloud. But I have honestly done sprints in these (I know, don’t judge me) and they felt better than some of my other Nike’s. I would definitely buy another color in these! I love them!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wider toebox I ordered my usual size in Metcon, a 6.5 but this one is a little too big and has wider toe box which was my problem with the 1st edition of metcon. My heel slips. I have the Metcon 3 and a 6.5 first me perfectly. I love how it provides stability in my mix martial arts and weight lifting class. However, my feet hurts in HIIT classes.
