Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love These I have the original Metcon Flyknits and loved them but after a year they were due to be replaced so I gave these a go. I was hesitant based on the reviews but found that I love them, they're stable, comfortable, and have good traction. They are TTS with my other Metcon Flyknits allowing me plenty of room to spread out my toes without my heels slippping. For reference I wear an 8 in street shoes, an 8.5 in Metcons, and an 8.5- 9 in running shoes, I have super high arches and average width feet. I wear them only for leg day (includes low impact cardio) and with custom orthotics due to a history of plantar fasciitis, for anything high impact I wear running shoes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Heel Slip Really wanted to love these. Been looking for a great crossfit/cross training shoe- love my regular Flynits for everyday, so I was really excited about these. I put them on- they felt great, looked great--- until I took a step. Every time I walked, my heels would slip up. I tried to tie them tighter, and it didn't help. Tried it without a sock- thought maybe my sock was slipping- and they still slipped with every step. Tried to convince myself I'd get used to it- but it's just too annoying. Unless I'm standing still or squatting in place with no steps forward or back- these will not work. I wouldn't even want to wear them just to run errands as the heel slip would be too annoying. I looked online after I experienced this and saw that other reviewers (on other sites) said the same thing. Super bummer- hoping it was just my shoe. The regular Flynit is perfect and is my most comfortable shoe ever. Nike- please fix the Metcon heel slip!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Heel slippage is a huge problem I read the reviews of both the men's and women's version of this shoe. I took a chance, ordered one size smaller and my regular size thinking I may have some magical luck. Nope, my heel nearly falls out of the shoe with every single step. I am really surprised that Nike didn't perform more market research before these shoes were sent to manufacturing. I am horribly disappointed. The aesthetic and comfort are great otherwise but the heel slippage renders these shoes unwearable. Thankfully, I can return them but as I said, it's disappointing. I had high hopes for this shoe.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wanted to love... BUT unfortunately, I tried a H.I.I.T. class in these and they were slipping of the entire time, so back they went :( I loved the look of them and they seemed reasonably comfortable when I tried on at home, but I just could not get past the heel slippage. I could not have sized down as my toes were at the end and had them tied as tight as they would go and they just would not stay on my heel.I do have a very narrow foot, but have never had this issue with Nike sneaks before. I don't know if it's a design flaw with the "sock-like" insole, but just didn't work.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beware the sizing Let me preface this by saying that I have owned multiple paris of Nike sneakers previously and have loved them all, until this one. I don't know if I was given two different shoes in different sizes but for some reason the right shoe fits just right and the back of my foot completely slips out of the left one, causes excruciating pain from the rubbing. I have tried absolutely every kind of shoe insert available to me and nothing has worked. No, I don't have different size feet. I would have happily returned these if it weren't past the return date.
