Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beware the sizing Let me preface this by saying that I have owned multiple paris of Nike sneakers previously and have loved them all, until this one. I don't know if I was given two different shoes in different sizes but for some reason the right shoe fits just right and the back of my foot completely slips out of the left one, causes excruciating pain from the rubbing. I have tried absolutely every kind of shoe insert available to me and nothing has worked. No, I don't have different size feet. I would have happily returned these if it weren't past the return date.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from These shoes run small!!! I normally wear size 9 for nike, but I have to wear size 9.5 for these. They are tight around the toes. They are good for crossfit and weightlifting workout!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I’m torn Pro’s: awesome for lifting and heavy metcons. I’ve PRed my snatch in these shoes and i wear them for heavy workouts. Cons: tight around the ankles so when i do quick workouts (burpees) my feet cramp. Bad for running. Bad for rope climbs. They’re already shredding for the rope and they actually slipped off. I loved the original flyknits. These are cool but just not for every workout.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible Shoe! I was looking for a new shoe that was more stable than some other competitors out there. I like that this shoe offers great stability and is also flexible in the toe. The black/white is very appealing and I was drawn to the higher, formfitting sock-like design. The first time wearing them, I PR'ed my front squat by 10 lbs. so I am very happy with them overall!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best CrossFit shoes I've found so far I do CrossFit and have had a variety of shoes over the years. I have the Metcon 1s that I really like, but I would always switch to a weighlifting shoe when I was doing lifts. Since I got these, I rarely feel the need to change my shoes unless we're running longer distances and then I switch back to regular Metcons because I do get blisters on longer runs. But other than that, they're great for everything from box jumps to snatches. I also hate socks so these are great for me. They come up a bit higher than regular Metcons so my foot doesn't move around at all. They feel very stable. However, I did have to exchange my first pair that I ordered in my regular size 7 for a 6.5. I've never worn a 6.5 in any other shoe, so these definitely run big. I already want another pair haha.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The heel does slip. No good. Back it goes. The review that mentions the heel slip is 100% correct. Its not the wrong size, its the shoe. Ive worn a size 12 for life and its not the wrong size. Either the instep is too high or something is too high, but when I put them on and Im just standing, they feel great, look great--great. But as soon as I walk, they slip, slip, slip, slip. Every step from the second I put them on for the first time--slip. I tried them barefoot, slip. With socks, slip. I tried adjusting--it didnt make sense to me that shoes would just slip like this. In all of the athletic shoes Ive purchased, this has never happened. Very disappointed. They cannot suit my needs as training shoes if my foot is slipping with every step. Its more than annoying, its distracting and uncomfortable. Very expensive and disappointing--back they go. Suspect of the Metcon 4's all together--will try and go with something else. Bust.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The BEST. These are perfect for crossfit, bootcamps and straight lifting. I have a few pairs of the metcon 3s and i loved them for lifting but found they were extremely uncomfortable even on short warm up runs. These have a perfect amount of stability and flexibility. These are not good shoes for running.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Heel slippage is a huge problem I read the reviews of both the men's and women's version of this shoe. I took a chance, ordered one size smaller and my regular size thinking I may have some magical luck. Nope, my heel nearly falls out of the shoe with every single step. I am really surprised that Nike didn't perform more market research before these shoes were sent to manufacturing. I am horribly disappointed. The aesthetic and comfort are great otherwise but the heel slippage renders these shoes unwearable. Thankfully, I can return them but as I said, it's disappointing. I had high hopes for this shoe.
