Nice Walking Shoes
I purchased these about a month ago and walk a minimum of 2 miles, 5 days a week in them. They are well cushioned and comfy for walking, except for I’m still blistering by my Achilles which has never happened to me in any walking sneaker besides maybe the first wear or two. Thanks goodness for Compeed blister protection. I would likely buy them again but hoping the backs break in soon so I don’t have to deal with blisters much longer. Was true to size for me.

Best Trainers Yet For Walking
This is the second pair of these I’ve bought. Glad I read the reviews as the majority recommended going up a half size. Usually a 7.5 with Nike but got an 8 both times. Honestly the most comfortable walking trainers I’ve ever had. If I could say one thing against then it’s that they’re currently only available in the two colours.

Narrow
I’m 7.5 and order a 7.5 Definitely fit but I can see why some people kept saying size up. It fit perfectly but I have a skinny foot. Most Nike’s are loose on me due to my skinny narrow foot. However this shoe is very snug and I love it!!! If your foot is on the wider side definitely size up.
