Solid, Fun Shoe

Great shoe for speed work and up to half marathon distances. Comfortable and responsive. But it runs small, my foot size is 8.5 and I need 9.5 in these Vaporflys.

Light As A Feather

This shoe weight is around 4.6 oz for a women's small size, it features Zoom X foam, a full-length fly-plate, with a 6 mm drop, and a streamlined upper mesh that provides stability as well as its fit... It's performance & fit weight is at an exceptional level... This helps to reduce leg fatigue and allows for a quick recovery.... The mid-sole is of the Zoom X foam combined with a stiff carbon-fiber plate which helps the shoes to deliver advanced energy return and a direct propulsive feel...This shoe stability allow a broader more planted platform than previous iterations...This allows the shoe to eliminate the wobbling during sharp turns.... The upper level of this shoe allows for a breathable engineered mesh with better than average heel lock....It also allows for a fixed tongue issue from v3...The fit on this shoe allows for a snug and true to length allowance... This shoe is built on a medium-to-narrow profile that may feel tight for wide feet individuals...Some drawbacks on this shoe is the traction....The outer sole grip feels sketchy at times in need...It also slip on slick, wet pavement or painted road lines....The cushioning is much firmer and less forgiving than bulky max-stack super shoes...This could be a major concern for heavier runners over greater distances....The price as well as the durability is extremely expensive....I wasn't impressed with the exposed Zoom X out-sole...It display the wear very quickly compared to daily trainers...

I have to say this is one of the best running shoes I've ever worn.. PBS where crazy.. however after the FIRST run the back of the shoes started to come of and after not even 3 weeks the shoes completely fell apart.. I am disappointed.. I understand the shoe needs to be light but for that price I would expect better quality materials especially in the heel as it is cheap flimsy week material that breaks easily.. I would prefer something more robust..

Squeak

They squeak really bad that I could hear the squeak with my earbuds in.Other than that very light and comfortable. I also usually wear a knee band on one knee but since wearing these shoes I have not had to wear them. Just embarrassed to wear them at the indoor track due to the squeak. And I did size up 1/2 a size.

Great Workout Shoe

Bought this for my wife who has foot problems. Shoe provdes excellent support, especially for anyone dealing with any type of foot ailment.

Parts Of The Sole Came Apart

I love the color and design of the shoe. But the quality of the shoe is abysmal. The panels on the bottom of the shoe came apart after 3 easy runs. Not worth it for what you pay for it.

Awesome Shoes!

These shoes are great for racing road 5Ks and track 3200s. They really, really help you go fast. They kind of hurt the insides of my feet, so I don't wear them for workouts, but the pain is just a little, and I don't notice it until after, so it is fine for race day, given how much they improve my performance.

Comfort And Performance Combined

I’ve been extremely impressed with the Alphafly 3. They’re incredibly comfortable, even on longer runs, and they feel light and responsive. Since switching to these shoes, I’ve been running faster and maintaining my pace with less effort. The cushioning provides great protection without feeling bulky, and the energy return really makes a difference. They fit true to size and feel secure throughout the run. Definitely one of the best racing shoes I’ve owned. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their performance while staying comfortable.

Comfortable Race Shoes

I like the fit which is snug and light on the foot. The cushioning is amazing. I like the colour range as well.

Alphafly's

Love the fit / comfort when wearing them! Only downfall is that it squeaks horribly on certain floor surfaces!

First time buying a pair of super shoes, love them! Used them for track workouts so far, looking forward to racing in them this weekend.

Love This Shoe 😍

This is my second pair of Alphafly’s and I can’t say enough good things. The shoe is amazing. I started off in the 4% then advanced to the Next %’s and this is by far my favorite. Looking forward to seeing what’s next. I am usually a 5 in women’s and I had to move up to a 5.5 but that’s no different than any other Nike racing shoes I’ve had.

Major Quality Issue

Love how comfortable these are. Do not love that I wore them the first time walking and they have two splits/holes in them.

Very Light

I bought these a few weeks ago and love using them for my tempo runs. They are very reactive and the bounce is great!
