I recently replaced all of my old running shorts with Nike One Mid-Rise shorts. I'm typically a high-rise fan, but the high-rise version of Nike shorts are too high even for me, so I tried the mid-rise on a whim & was pleasantly surprised. This print is super cute & reminds me of topo. They are as comfy as my other pairs. Occasionally, the shorts creep up my inner thighs due to thigh rub. I experience this more when walking than running, but overall, I'm a fan and they are great for my workouts. For reference, I'm 5'7", 138-140lbs, depending on the day. I float between a small & medium, but ordered a medium in these and they fit comfortably without being too snug.
