Cute Jacket, Not Water Repellent At All

I really like the cut / style of this jacket. Definitely more cropped/waist length, which is my preference. I got the mauve color and I think it's great- neutral enough to pair with many other colors, but still also a color itself. HOWEVER, this jacket does nothing to repel water. I bought it to wear in light rain situations when hiking, running, or doing general outdoor things, and it will absolutely not suffice. I wore it during a super light sprinkle, and every single rain drop that touched me soaked through. I was not expecting waterproof, but I certainly was expecting more protection than a tshirt. If you have $180 burning a hole in your pocket and you like the style, go for it. If you expect it to function as any sort of rain wear, I absolutely do not recommend.
