Awful Customer Service

I went to woman’s section to buy a pair of fit training sneakers to my wife’s size. Gave lady attendant my wife’s size. Brought on trip for her out of the country and she went to try them out and they were men’s too big! How is that possible. Was in woman’s section, told the lady my wife’s size and ended up with a men’s size! Absolutely bad customer service!
