I was looking for a bra as a sleep top and to wear in cancer scans - so no hooks or adjusters. I normally wear a 40H so finding any sports bra is tough, let alone one without metal/plastic. This one works for me - it is tight, but not so tight that I can't sleep in it or wear it all day. It's supportive, very rigid but not so much so that it digs in painfully at the shoulders/neck. I am not a runner but certainly feel "held together" in this. The issue is that the cups are a little small for me and the pads are not removable. They don't shift during washing, which is good, but if I could remove them I might fit in better. I have spillage under the arms or the underboob or a monobosom (squashed cleavage) depending on adjustment and position. But all in all, I'm amazed it even works and am keeping it. It's more supportive and comfortable than the ubiquitous internet brand.
