Dsg Sent Me Used Pants
Be VERY careful with DSG purchases. These are nice pants. Definitely a warmer material and for sure high rise on the waist. However, my issue is with the actual item. DSG sent me a clearly worn/used pair with zero manufacturer tags on the pants - all original tags were ripped off and remnant strings were still attached and frayed where the original tags were but were clearly removed by the original owner prior to wearing them. It's off-putting to order clothing from a store online and be sold clearly worn/used items. If this is something DSG would like to do now, they should offer two different pricing models and allow customers to pay a little more for new items when desired. Further, the exchange process is more convoluted than it needs to be. DSG should look to competitors for inspiration on how to handle exchanges. If a customer would like to exchange like for like, simply kick out a replacement item and a return label for the original item. Set a deadline for the return and charge for the replacement pair if it is not received within so many days. Really not that hard. The onus should not be on the customer to make it right when you are selling used clothing as though it is new.
