Returned Two Shirts And Only Got Credit For 1... Poor Customer Service

Ordered two of these shirts for my grandkids... they were too big so I returned them. Dick's sporting goods only gave me credit for 1 shirt. I spent a very long time with customer service trying to get my money back for the 2nd shirt.. they told me I would be reciprocated.. but I know I won't be. They were in the same bag for the return.. just the way they came to me, is the way I sent them back. Poor customer service and processes. I've waisted enough time on this.
