Very odd material - like plastic. I wish I had read the other review before ordering. Not breathable at all, no flex or stretch, very odd feel.

Disappointed
I bought this as a Christmas present and will be returning. It is made of the strangest material. It’s thick and rigid. Almost plastic feeling. Nike calls it their “Storm Fit” technology. You’d definitely need to wear something under it for comfort.
