Great Shirt
I bought this as a birthday gift for my 11-year old granddaughter. I picked the first one up at one of your Reading PA stores. When my granddaughter opened it, it had what appeared to be make up around the collar, it was a Youth large. We ordered another and, when it came, believe it or not, it, too, had something around the collar. The third time was a charm and it was perfect and she was thrilled. My question is: Do you instruct your employees to inspect merchandise before it is returned to stock or packed for mailing? The shirt was great and so was customer service. However, giving someone a dirty shirt was not a great experience.
