I got these but the spike thread that screws in got smushed when running when using the cleats for the second time. I bought some more spike replacements and I hope they work.

Winning Shoes!!
I bought these for my grandson for his first year in track and they fit perfect. He loves them and says they are comfy and look great. He came in first in two events and second in his other event! Nice shoes.

Great Tracks Spikes For The 400 To The 3200
I run mid-distance in track and these are great for that, they are great for holding any pace and are quite good for sprinting too. They run a little small so I recommend getting a half size bigger than your usual size.

Great Practice
Solid spike as a triathlon runner during practice this helps so much since i don't have to change from my jumping spikes to my throwing spike or my jumping spikes they are all around a good spikes. But i will say that i wouldn't wear them during competitions not because they are bad its just my events don't require me to run to much of a long distance but for practices 10/10
