The size M7/W8.5 for shoes is too small. It's made in Vietnam. While the size W8 for Legend is correct, which is made in Indonesia.

Runs Very Small
Purchased for my son who is 6 . He is normally in a 1.5 so I bought a half size up and purchased a size 2. The 2 fits like a 12.5 at best. However they are a great looking shoe.
