    Overall Great Shoes

    The shoes themselves are great. I am using them for gravel, dirt, and grass trails during my cross country season. The only downside is that the holes for the spikes had a little plastic covering them around the outside, but it came off easily. The reason i didn’t give them five stars is because the delivery took way longer than expected. This late delivery prevented me from wearing them in a very competitive race.

    Breathable And Comfortable (Runs Small)

    Just got these, I do like the comfort it provides but the shoe do run small. I usually get a 4.5 in men which fits me snug. However, the only size they had left was a 6 in men and the shoe fit snug with a little bit of space. So size up about 1.5-2 sizes more than your usual size.

    Great Xc Spikes..

    I just recently bought my son these spikes for XC Season and he loves them. Very comfortable and durable. He's pr'd 3X already this season. I highly recommend you purchasing these.

    Runs Incredibly Small

    Bought Women’s size 8, too small. Returned for women’s size 8.5, too small. Returned for women’s size 9…finally fit on foot but too bulky in the toe. Shoe is narrow and tight in the arch for the size…could never get it right.
