Comfort And Quality
These shoes my teen said are comfortable and are made well. They help her run for cross country. She said she feels like they make her faster, not sure a shoe can do that but at least it boosts her confidence. Plus she said her feet don’t hurt after runs like they used to.

Sizing A Headache
I can only comment currently on the sizing- WAY OFF. My daughter typically is a 2.5 in Nike sneakers, we ordered a women's 3 in these spikes. So small, couldn't even get her foot into them, and they looked like a size 1. Sent back and ordered a size 4.5 in women's. Still so tight. We now ordered a size 5 and 6 in women's in hopes that one of them will fit. Come on Nike, do better. Consumer shouldn't have to place three orders, spend so much money on spikes, and go back and forth with re-ordering and returns to find the right size. Zero stars for sizing and giving me a headache. Get your sizing chart more accurate.

Works well in rain and mud for xc. Comes with xc and track spikes although mine was missing one xc spike. Have to call about that.

Show runs too small. My daughter wears this size in every other shoe and couldn’t even get it on her foot.
