Nice and lightweight. Run a little snug over the arch. Not a lot of arch support.

I train with multiple shoes from multiple brands. I love the waffles for their pure simplicity. They’re not the fastest. They don’t offer cushion. But they are a fantastic secondary shoe. They work well on all surfaces (except ice). They are light weight and compact making them my go to shoe to pack when traveling. They dry out within a day. And importantly they are extremely stable in all directions and my first choice for technical terrain. If you can only have one pair of shoes, these probably shouldn’t be primarily. But if you rotate multiple trainers, these are my go to secondaries. I wear a half size up, it’s a tight fit, but to my liking. I also have a pair at my normal size as well, they become rather uncomfortable after an hour or so of running.

Very good for the price. Live the color and how light and easy to wear

These are really good. I’m on my second pair and I have been wearing some type of Waffle Racer/Rival Waffle since 1992. They will wear out after about a year of daily use, but well worth it.

VERY SMALL. I always size up to a 9 for athletic shoes, with these I would need at least a size 11 if not 11.5. I had to return as I was unable to accurately guess as to what size I needed. Return was easy, but I probably would have had to return at least two other “guesses” before I got a pair that fit.

Great, lightweight shoe. Shaved minutes off my PR. With being super fast and lightweight, comes with the con of injury. Towards the end of my race, I can definitely start to feel the shoe impacting my shins and feet. If you are getting these shoes, you are looking for speed in your mile - 5k race. PS, shoe is tight, so wear skinny socks or get a half size up (I recommend smaller socks).

The best light weight shoe!! Shoe size is not like the past Nike Rival Waffle XC so..... Please size up!!!

This is the 2nd year for us to get these and they fit great.

These fit way smaller than actual size. I did a half size up and there was no chance my foot would fit.

Based on the Nike site I was expecting this shoe to be a minimalistic / race shoe that could be used also on the road. In reality this shoe is too firm and can only be used on the track or in cross country. Then it is way smaller than expected, for all Nike shoes (incuding spikes) 10.5 works for me, but the 10.5 is way too tight with this shoe, a 11.5 is probably needed. But already tried them, while I should have returned them immediately😢. Why did Nike allow this shoe to be so small🤔. But did a track session in them and there they performed good despite the tightness of the toebox.

beautiful shoe! wore last pair out running 5K's(I'm pretty sure I had exceeded the maximum mileage!)

Great looking shoe but recommend getting a full size up since they run small

Had to return these because they were so narrow. Really disappointed, because I was replacing a pair I used to have that fit great. Definitely try before you buy, even if you have had this model before. End it up with women’s Air Zoom Pegasus, which are wider than these.

Great, light weight and able to use for track events, not just XC.

My daughter just started running track and she really likes these; however, they run SO small. She is usually between a 1 and 2 in "big kids" sizes so we first tried the women's 2.5 based on reviews. They were laughably small so we tried the 3.5 and her toes were still scrunched at the front. We finally went for a 4.5 and those worked so definitely size way up!
