Bad Quality

Nike Zoom Rotationals used to be the gold standard for throwers. They’ve changed something with the production of the rubber soles, probably a cost savings measure. The soles just aren’t lasting, they start the shred. Unfortunately we will be looking into the other brands for throwing shoes now.

Nike - Nike Zoom Rotational 6 Track And Field Shoes

the shoes are cut a litte narrow but overall a good shoe

Horrible Shoes

As many of the other reviews say, the sole started peeling after one practice. Do not buy these shoes, they are falling apart after an hour of use.

Great

I got these for my daughter and she loves them. She starts track next week

Nike Has Changed The Sole Composition

Nike has changed something with the composition of the sole! Ask any serious thrower, and they will tell you Nike rotationals were the gold standard in throwing shoes. I thought maybe the other bad reviews didn't understand what normal wear looks like. Turns out I shouldn't have thought I knew better! I threw all through school and into college. After 2 practices the soles were shredded with large long streaks of material ripped off the bottom of the soles. I am so disgusted with the quality of the newest batch (Fall 2025), that I bought other brands for the first time since 2002, so my son can find a new favorite throwing shoe. We are moving on from Nike rotationals and don't plan on looking back.
