Awesome pair of spikes, I recommend buying it for short-distance sprints.

Good All-around Spike

Bought these for my son's middle school season after he outgrew his Ja Fly's from previous season. He says they offer more support for running the 400 while still feeling really light(also uses them for short sprints). They are holding up well so far after several races with little sign of wear. Buy a size up from regular running shoe size(he wears size 7 running shoe/ size 8.5 spikes).
