Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Scope for the Money Bought this because the scope that came with a Bear Fortus package was terrible; 1st shot low & left; Remember 1/4" @ 20 yard clicks; 2nd shot center and 2" high;3rd BULL; Hit within all 4 of the smaller corner bulleyes with next 4 shots; Put on Rage practice head; 1" high but center;Again hit within each smaller bull with the 4 shots; 3 shots @ 30 yards Hit within each smaller bull All shots taken supported with bipod rest;Ranges kept at my normal bow range;This scope gives me confidence to try longer yardages ! Well worth the upgrade & price This my 5th Nikon scope;4 on rifles and now crossbow;Crystal clear optics and life time warranty;

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best scope for the $ Good scope. My 4th Nikon. Really brings in the light at dusk and adds critical minutes to your shooting capability. Holds zero well too. Does not appear to be fragile. Important because most of us pull bows up 20+ feet into a stand.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome scope for a crossbow Replaced original Barnett scope with this Nikon scope as hunting at dusk and dawn was futile as one could not see through Barnett scope unless light and weather were perfect. This Nikon I mounted in same location as last and took first 20 yd shot was off 3 inches high and 2 inches right made adjustments as scope stated 1 click= .25 inches and then shoot another bolt and I was dead on. Shot once more and hit previous bolt. Went to 30 yds and was spot on for 30 yd dot...so I would recommend this scope I can see through it at night as long as moon and stars are out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent scope After 2 years using the stock scope on my carbon express covert CX2, I upgraded to the bolt to get a brighter picture in low light conditions. Wow! What an improvement! I can even see better after dark through the scope than I can without it. The BDC reticle was zeroed at 20 yds. The first and second circles were right in at 30 an 40 yds. The third circle was 60 and haven’t shot the fourth. Opening day 2017 nailed the buck attached at 30 yds. Great purchase can’t do much better for the money!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible! Was what I've come to expect from Nikon, excellence. Once installed on my Wicked Ridge Crossbow, I was literally splitting bolts at 20 yards. I was so impressed I ask a girlfriend and my hunting buddy to shoot it, and their results were close to mine. Right out of the box the Nikon XR 3x32 was only off with in 2" from dead center and with the easy to read dial adjustments, a few clicks it was dead on. I'd recommend this product to everyone. Furthermore I looked at comparables in the price range and for the money I believe was my best selection. It's shockproof and fog proof. The only thing I've found negative is that I WOULD have liked the crosshairs to either be lighted or in a brighter color.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Scope best price This is my second Nikon scope. My other is a Monarch fitted to my 300 Win. mag Ruger #1. That scope always exceeded my expectations. Durability, accuracy and an uncanny ability to brighten the picture in low light. The surprise with this one is the features are totally comparable at a greatly reduced price. Being this is for bow hunting the low light feature is pure gold. What a deal!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Scope - Perfect for Excalibur Axiom Purchased this scope for my Excalibur Axiom. With medium rings, the eye relief is about perfect for me. On the range, the sight picture is clear and the BDC increments are easy to acquire. First grouping after install was about 3" from bullseye. Ten minutes later, I was able to place 1" groups at 30 yards. This is a very good scope for the money and is a very nice upgrade to the stock glass on the Axiom kit. When paired with a Dick's coupon, you won't find it available anywhere else for cheaper.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good scope for crossbows Good, not great scope.The 92% light transmission should be increased to the 95-98% range, similar to the 98% offered on the similary priced and designed Nikon P-223 3x32 AR scope.The spacing for the last few BDC reticle dots is messed up and should be spaced better between the 2nd and 4th dot. For instance, my bow shooting 300 fps with a 20-yd zero has the reticle dots at 27, 36, 49, and 55 yards.Lastly, the reticle needs to have a lighted rheostat similar to what's on Hawke scopes.
