Do Not Purchase This Bike!

I bought this bike in late April, and I would not recommend it. I immediately began having issues with the bike's gearing and the chain would not hold tension. After trying slight adjustments myself, I brought it back into DSG where their technician told me that there was a defective part on the bike, and they would need to replace it. They ordered the replacement part, and when it arrived it had the same defect as the original. I am now waiting for the manufacturer to ship yet another part, which I have little confidence will also not be defective. I've now been without the bike for over 2 weeks, after only 4 weeks of ownership. Just a very disappointing customer experience.

Great Entry Level Bike

Outstanding structure and frame. Comfortable handle bars and front suspension. Added different seat for comfort. Shifting mechanisms unique, but easy to get used to. Cant beat the price of $349 for a mountain bike!
