Rides great. I took it out on a couple dirt trails. It was good. The shifting was a little awkward due to whom ever put the bike together put them upside down. So I have to fix that.

Disaster Of A Bike And Disaster Of A Customer Service Experience

I purchased this bike online three months ago. Had the Dicks in Burnsville MN assemble it, and we picked it up there. We got the bike home and realized that multiple parts were installed incorrectly/backwards. Rather than drive over the hour back to Dicks, we took the bike to our local Scheels for repair/assembling correctly. This was the first repair expense. Bike ownership time: 24 hours. Over the next three months, we've taken the bike back to Scheels for repair multiple times. Parts failed that tend to not need to be replaced on the vast majority of bikes. The bike is ridden on paved trails and in-town only, so it's not like it's getting trashed off-roading. $200 later in ownership/repair costs, another part breaks. I contacted Dicks, thinking this bike is obviously a lemon and feeling confident that they would work with me. Owned the bike for 95 days at this point. Dicks flat out refused to help me AT ALL. I was offered 150 Scorecard Points for my trouble. Awful. Now, is this a review for this brand of bike or for Dicks? Both. Obviously the bike is of poor quality. However, the fact that it was assembled at the store incorrectly to begin with, along with Dicks unwillingness to stand behind its products for such a short period of time, is unconscionable to me. How does Dicks expect to retain customers when it shows such an unwillingness to work with them? Needless to say, we will not be making any future purchases from Dicks. And no Nishiki bikes from anyone.

Nice Bike!

Nice bike for women or teens, size M. Seems well made and sturdy. Only used on streets so far, very smooth. Nicer large tires for rough terrain. Good colors too. The seat is too small, planning on replacing with larger seat when ready for longer trail rides.

Perfect bike! Very easy to put together and is very sturdy. It rides well in all terrains and shifts gears easy! Seat is a little hard but other than that the bike is perfect! Sizing is true to what the description says. Love the color!

Nice Mountain Bike. Cant Wait To Ride It On The Trails.

Very nice bike. Love the color and size. Large was perfect for me and my husband, which we are bith average height. I assembled the bike myself but I am going to take it to Dicks for a once over to make sure everything us correct. Directions are not included Had to get on dicks website which wasnt super helpful, but found some you tube videos to help. But directions fo say to take to Dicks for assembly. So will get it checked out.
