I brought this for my son and he could not use it initially as the pedal was too hard for him to push (he was 2.5 yrs old when I brought it). Bike stood in my garage and to my surprise, the handle as well as front rim became out of shape! When I took it to Dick’s store, they told that they will check with the manufacturer but instead of considering that, they blamed it on me saying this was abuse of bike and it got hit by a car. So instead of listening to a customer and what happened, they tried selling a wrong story on me. Completely disappointed and disgusted with how the bike person talked to me from the Issaquah location of Dicks. On top of that, I remember that Nishiki does not mention 12,16 and 18 inch bikes in their warranty document(as highlighted by one of the manager of the Dicks store). Anyway, Disks lose a customer and will definitely recommend double checking the bike and craftsmanship. I would not recommend anyone this bike!
