    Excellent Starter Mountain Bike

    This bike has been a great opportunity for my child to learn how to change gears, and build confidence in their riding ability. We have put many miles on the bike so far, and it has opened up a whole new world of riding for his next stage.

    Great Girl/boy Bike And Prefer Over The Youth Version

    Great bike. I bought 2 of these bikes recently and both of my daughters love them (Girl Coral and Boy Blue). The two minor grips I have is the confusing name of calling this a girls/boys bike and that some of the colors are only available in certain markets. The Boy and Girl versions of this bike are the exact same bike just different colors. The Girl Coral version was only available in my state and I wasted time trying to figure out how to get the Girl Purple version so that my daughters would have different color bikes. Had I known in the beginning that the Boy's bike was the same bike as the Girl's bike, I wouldn't have wasted time trying to get the Girl Purple one. Special note: In my opinion the Boy/Girl version of this bike is better than the Youth version for 2 reasons. The water bottle holder placement is limited on the Youth version if you have to lower the seat and the Youth version gear shift is different than the Boy/Girl version. It is hard to notice this from the information online but it is obvious when you compare them in the store.
