    Poor Assembly

    Bought this bike last week for granddaughter. She tried riding it but was uncomfortable with how the bike turned and stopped. I checked out the handle brakes and steering and found that the handle brake's cable was wrapped around the steering column, making it too tight. So when she turned the handle bars, they pulled the brake cables causing the brakes to apply too quickly. Avoided an accident. I gave the bike 2 stars because it was priced well and I've enjoyed riding the Nishiki brand some years back. But I would give zero/one star for assembly.

    Disappointing

    We bought this bike and it came with a perforated back tire tube. We had to go out and get a new inner tube while our 4 year old was waiting excitedly to ride it. Disappointed.

    Missing Wheel Lock

    Bought this a week ago. Yhe Bike person called in sick. So I decided to just put this together myself. When I opened up the box everything was there but a piece was missing to put secure the front wheel. In short their policy is if you take it home and something is missing. You just out of luck.
