Good Assembler Makes Good Bike Have Best Riding Experience

After purchasing and riding a few, come back to the store for adjustments. The assembler, GENE, is great to help adjust cable and brakes or anything abnormal. After one month riding is great. So even the bike is great, the good assembly is the key to enjoy the high quality bike.

The Nishiki Bike Had All The Features I Was Looking For From A Hybrid. The Colors Caught My Eyes And I Could Tell My Mind Not To Buy It. The Salesman Was Informative And He Helped Find The Right Bike.

I enjoy the bike and I enjoy the bike and it looks.

    Beautiful And Balanced Hybrid Bike!

This bike was perfect for me in every way! I bought a mountain bike and realized the 29 inch tires were just a little bit too much to handle on the Portland mountains! But the hybrid bike is literally The Best of both Worlds! It still provides a great balance of a thicker tire on the roads but it's fairly light for the price! I would 100% buy it again every time! Also the people at Dick's were amazing in every aspect of the transaction, even when I return my mountain bike for the hybrid! Thanks for the amazing experience!

    Assembly

I bought this a month ago and the chain hits the guide and the brakes screech. I believe it is an issue with poor assembly but it’s a hassle to take it in for adjustments.

    Nice Bicycle.

I brought this bike in June, fast assembly, bike rides smooth. I'm a novice with bicycles, but I enjoy riding the Anasazi.

    Do Not Purchase

Bought this bike and after 5 rides the chain broke in half. Bought the warranty only to find out that stores dont staff bike techs more than 1-2 days a week. Warranty is through 3rd party and no clue as to when we will get bike back.

    Rusty

The shift and brake cables were out of adjustment after only 50 miles. The brand new cables may have stretched or it wasn't setup correctly, but they definitely required adjustment. I had to leave the bike outside, uncovered for 10 days and rain water collected in the steering bearings causing rust. This bike does well on paved trails that may have some larger bumps or loose sand. It will not do well over larger gravel.

    Excellent Bike

It had been over 20 years since I was on a bicycle. The sales person at Dick's was super. He took his time to go over various bikes and options. After I decided on a bike he then spent time checking out the tire pressure, brakes and other items. I am very happy with my new bike and my decision to go to Dicks for my purchase. Highly recommended.

    Great Bike

This bike was better than I expected. While not quite as comparable to my Trek, it still fits the need in a pseudo hybrid/mountain bike fashion. What I like - light weight, front shocks, disk brakes and the seat is surprisingly good for me anyway. What I didn't like - pedals too small, put bigger ones on. No kickstand and the setup by Dicks wasn't all that great. Both derailleurs would jump and ended up fine tuning myself. Once set, all works great.

    Don't Buy This Bike

I got this bike on May 2022 and had to be repaired twice for chain and gear issues will be returning it...did not enjoy riding this

Feels Like Climbing Uphill All The Time

I was replacing a 20 year old Nishiki mountain bike and had a good experience with the brand. I do not need a mountain bike and wanted something easier peddling to ride on paved surfaces and what I got was a bike that feels like I am always climbing a hill with everybody passing me. I took the bike in for adjustment after my first ride due to rubbing in front. This didn't resolve my problem and the bike is now at the store waiting for a new disc. I did not buy a service plan and am concerned Dick's will try to charge me for a repair even though there were problems starting with my first ride.

    Excellent Service Experience. Great Product.

Bought this bike last month, have been shopping for two months for a quality bike that is also affordable. The Nishiki fit both requirements. Add to that the sales person was excellent, knowledgeable and friendly he asked god qualifying questions and offered information which enabled me to compare products.
