Wrong Size
Spoke to sales associate who informed me that this size tube would fit my bike. When it came time to put tube on, it was the wrong size.

Fine Product, Terrible Customer Service
I stopped in to grab a few bike tubes and knew exactly where to go and what to look for. As I approached the section where the tubes are located, there were 4 employees in the bike department all circled around a bike (most likely in a training class) directly in front of the tubes. I maneuvered around them and asked about the specific tube and my answer was “It’s a jumbled up mess there... just keep looking til you find the one you want” They continued in their conversation and left me to read h around them and shuffle through a non organized line of products. If I didn’t need a tube immediately, I would have walked out.
