Not Weather Rated

This lock was used for less than two months locking a bike outside on a college campus in Northern California. The lock cylinders rusted so the lock cannot be locked or unlocked. I would not recommend this bike lock if you’re planning to use it outside, it is not designed to be used in weather. It is possible it’s only real use is inside, to lock refrigerator doors shut from your greedy roommate, as long as it’s a climate controlled setting. I do not recommend this lock, save yourself the hassle.

Does It’s Job

Bought it like a month ago and the bike still hasn’t been stolen so I’m happy with it, the mount was a cool feature too.

But for daughter so she could use that college. Perfect.
