Cheap Electronics

Total disappointment. The electronics are crap. They use an incorporated 250 watt controller for the 350 watt motor option. It shuts off after a few minutes of riding because it overheats. I had to install a totally different controller and display. Also was told this had a throttle control. It does not! These are only pedal assist. Nishity is more like it

Getting Bike Serviced Is Almost Impossible

My “E-bike” malfunctioned 1 year and 2 days after I purchased it so it was out of warranty. I contacted Huffy the manufacturer of the bike. The website sends me to a bike repair shop 30 miles away. But they’re not servicing e bikes due to Hurricane Ian. There are other bike repair shops closer but they won’t service a brand they don’t sell. Now I have a bike without pedal assist and I can’t even sell it because it needs service. My advice is to buy a bike from a store that can also service it.

Flimsy Design And Poor Customer Service

Breaks fail , extremely poor customer service, won't climb steep hills, makes noise , tyres rub with hydraulic brakes and provides friction while driving . Don't buy

Nice Bike When Motor Is Plugged In

I bought this bike back November 2022. The weather wasn't too good for riding so it was a couple weeks before I was able to take it out. I switched the battery on as well as the little computer. I rode about 7 miles over the next few months and I could never tell a difference between the different pedal assist levels. I contacted the customer service listed in the manual. They were extremely unhelpful, unresponsive, and belittling. I ended up removing the battery and cradle (with great struggle. One of the screws was cross threaded.). I found that there was a disconnected connector inside the bike frame. Once that connector was plugged in to the controller, the pedal assist started to work. The bike is pretty fun to ride now. Looking back I wish that I would have bought a locally made bike so that customer service would be more accessible and quality control ensured.

Sweet Ride

Santa brought me this awesome bike and I love it. Very comfortable and power kicks in when I need a boost up the hills.

Not Electric Bike!!!

I got this for my child for Christmas, when she went to ride it the electric part wouldn’t work. Apparently, it is a pedal assist no electric despite everything online shows it as a pedal assist. Dicks policy will not allow us to return it so now we are stuck with a bike we probably will never ever ride. I do not recommend at all unless you want a pedal assist that only works if you pedal.

Great Bike But Support From Dicks Non Existent

Daughter received this as a Christmas gift. I spent an hour or so assembling the bike only to find out that it shipped with two left pedals. Went to the local store and they referred me to customer service. Customer service referred me to the local store (who’s on first) , they actually told me to return the bike. I wasn’t about to drag this thing to the store only to get another one shipped to assemble again. I’ve contacted the manufacturer (huffy) but I suspect I’ll be buying pedals.

Awesome Bike

I have had my bike for about 3 months now and have over 500 miles on it. Absolutely love it. I did change the tires with gravel tires and left the fenders of and just ordered another one for my husband so hopefully he will start riding with me.

Great Bike!

This is my first Ebike so I didn't want to spend a lot of money in case I did not like it. I LOVE IT! I am a senior and had given up bike riding because simple hills made it difficult for me. This bike at it simplest assist level has changed everything. I am riding all over with no problems. I was surprised to see that it didn't have a tail light since it does have a headlight. It was easy enough to buy a battery operated one and attach it to the seat. I also added a wire basket. If you buy one less than 8 inches deep it fits perfectly. The battery lasts a long time for me as I only ride 5 miles or less a day.

Only ridden a few times but very comfortable and electric assist kicks easily when needed. Did some kinda steep hills and didn't have to go above power setting 1 (of 3).
