    I read the reviews before and still purchased this bike. It looked so cute and it was a good price point. I took it home and rode two houses down from my house and the chain slipped off and got stuck. Couldn’t ride the bike and the chain was STUCK in there. I took it back and the sales person said it’s common with this bike and most likely the person who sold it to me didn’t tune it. Which begs the question, if they know this, why are t they doing the appropriate level of preparation before they have a customer take it away. Reviews said that others experienced the same thing so it was pretty spot on. If you purchase, I highly recommend getting the warranty, which is what they probably want you to do, and be careful of the gears getting stuck.
