Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable bike! I purchased the bike about 2 weeks ago. I really like the style and features. The seat is very comfortable as well how I sit on the frame as I am about 5 ft 3 in. tall - I chose the 15 in. frame. The handle bars are a great height and my back does not hurt as I don't have to lean forward. Better than some bike frames/structures as I really did not want a beach cruiser bike or mountain bike. This one is a great blend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far, so good I wanted to get a bike for physical activity and it had been about 20 years since I rode a bike. I have taken it out on the linear trail and I love it!! I went by the label on the bike telling me which size would work for me and luckily for me it was the blue one. I like the color, I like the comfort and the larger seat. The salesperson who helped me, Stan was incredible. He knew all about bikes, he made sure everything was working correctly, filled the tires with air and showed me the basics of changing gearsI also wanted the bike for added physical activity for my young dog. I haven't ridden the bike with her yet as I am awaiting delivery of a bike leash. All in all, I like the bike very much and I am very happy with Dick's and it's employees for their help.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good bike This a good bike with a comfy seat. I've been riding around town with my kids, and it's been fine. The chain did jump off the spokes once when I was changing gears. I don't know yet whether that is a chronic problem or that I did something wrong. My two complaints are 1) no kickstand --why do bikes not come with a kick stand anymore? It's nickle and diming to have to pay extra for a kickstand. 2) the screws have weird size hex-key tops so putting it together or doing maintenance yourself is a pain! What every happened to regular screws? We even have a set of various sized hex-key heads that go on a screw driver and none NONE of them fit properly.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Skip this bike At first i thought this bike had a good comfy seat, light, and easy to change gears with. This bike, after 20 miles sucks! The seat is tilted upward angle, and the gear shifting sucks. My chain fell off, while shifting gears. And the gear shifting on the handle, is nearly impossible to shift with sweaty hands!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This bike is comfortable and easy to ride My husband and I decided to buy bikes to get some exercise. This bike is a great value and comfortable to ride. It has a shock in the seat which absorbs bumps. Easy to shift gears. I am 60 years old and this bike is great for adults!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great easy rider Just bought this bike at Dick's. After exhausting internet research for a cruiser that would fit a short woman, tada! This bike comes in two frame sizes. Really nice riding bike with enough gears for casual riding. Dick's added a kickstand and checked the bike out before I left. Very nice customer service.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from still testing it out I am a novice 50 yr old who wanted to be able to start trail riding and so far the bike has done what advertised. I like the bigger wheel and the gears are easy to shift. Love the dual braking and it's lightweight so I can lift on and off my bike rack. I want to get a water bottle holder and brought the 2 yr warranty. Dick's said ride it for 6months and then come back for some adjustments and include yearly tune up's. It was worth the price cause I just paid 155 at another bike shop to get my daughter's cruiser tunes up and tires changed for only 1 time. Even got an awesome helmet for 30 dollars.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy We purchased two of the same bikes and unfortunately have had to take them back many times due to issues with how the bikes were assembled. Brakes not right, gears not right, frame bent, chain off wheel, more than one problem with each bike and after several trips back and forth, I am sorry we did not buy our bikes from Pro Bike as recommended by our son. I guess live and learn. The bikes themselves look good and appear to ride nicely. Just issues with the assembly. My spouse said we should have gotten a gift card for having to go back so many times and using a lot of gas in the Escape to do so.
