Great Bike Purchase Service

Bike was chosen and they did a thorough inspection of its function before we purchased. Helped fit it (assembled) into our vehicle. Bike itself seems well-made and solid.

Seat Always Slips Back

I’ve had this bike for over a year but can’t ride it for more than a few blocks without the seat tilting. I’ve had it tightened but it doesn’t last. So disappointing.

Seriously?

Bought for my wife. The guy on the store did his thing checking everything over before we bought it. Before we got out of the store with it had to take it back to the guy cause the seat came loose and the rear brakes started coming apart just from walking it up to the checkout line. Guy fixed it and got it home, seat came loose just from the bike ridding in the back of car. Going to buy an allen wrench today to tighten up myself. Won't be buying any bikes from Dick's again.

Piece Of Garbage

The bike is terrible. Bought it last year and had to take it back to the store twice because the seat can’t stay in one place. The last time my wife rode it, she hurt her knee which left her unable to ride the rest of the summer. Exchanged the bike and the wife was excited to take the first bike ride with it today. Same issue, seat keeps angling toward the sky. There’s a reason these bikes are only sold at Dick’s, because they suck.

Nice Ride

My husband thought I needed a new bike and he was right. Love the ride and color of the bike. My summer will be great with this ride.
