    Excellent Bike!!! 🚲

    We bought this bike today at the Riverhead, NY store and absolutely love it! Nice smooth ride, comfortable seat. Salesman James Franco assembled the bike for us making sure he adjusted everything to my specifications and size. Excellent Service!!!

    If You Cant Sit You Cant Ride

    Just like other reviews, the seat on this bike continuously loosens. I'll tighten it and it will loosen again on the first ride. Look closer at it. Its a cheap seat structure on a pricey bike!

    Disappointed

    I have had this bike for about a month and have only taken it on two 8-mile rides. During the second ride, the seat came completely loose. I'm not sure whether this is an issue with the bike itself or with the assembly done at Dick's Sporting Goods, but it's very frustrating, especially considering the price of the bike. Another disappointment is that the bike does not come with a kickstand. For a bike in this price range, I feel that should be a standard feature. My son has a much less expensive Huffy bike that came with a kickstand and has been ridden far more than mine without any issues. I had been wanting this bike for a long time and finally saved enough money to purchase it, so I was excited to get it. Unfortunately, my experience so far has been disappointing.

    Good Bile/service Was Iffy

    We had a very good experience when buying the bike and we love it. We had a poor experience when learning that the bike was ready per an email only to learn that the store needed another three days to build the bike. Very confusing. Also, the person that we talked to when we picked the bike up in the store was extremely disinterested and was minimally helpful. I had to ask him to put air in the front tire because it was flat. He did that but did not check to see if the back tire was OK. Poor service delivery for sure.

    Great For Casual Riding

    I bought this a few weeks ago and love it! Good for casual (city or paved trail). I have yet to try longer distances but so far it has worked great for what I use it for. I've found the seat to be quite comfortable. Handlebar is also adjustable (can move it to an upright position or angled based on your comfort).For general exercise or meandering about it's perfect! If your looking to hit un-paved trails, or some serious biking I would invest in a bike that better suits those needs, otherwise love it for the price!

    Great Step Through

    This is a great step through bike. I’m a 72 year old grandmother who likes to ride with my grandkids. It’s much better than my previous bike. It’s more accessible for on and off and a more steady ride.
