I bought this product to protect my iPhone from falling into the Venice canals. I trusted this product and it works... but a few weeks later, on a boat... it failed. Thankfully the phone fell on the boat floor... i am disappointed in the quality... it had my trust and yet - nearly caused a disaster. I would like a refund.

Hitch Phone Anchor
I bought mine several years ago and like all good things , they must come to an end. I have nothing but great things to say, was well worth the buy. Only thing I'd like is to be able to come on your site and just buy 2 replacement parts , the black cellphone strap piece that goes in the back of your phone and the rubber strap. I don't need a new clamp as that has still withheld it's durability versus having to buy the whole kit again. Thank you again for a clever and thoughtful product.

Great For Travel
I used this not as a lanyard around my neck, but threaded through my belt loop on a recent overseas trip. It worked beautifully. I could take most pix with it attached, but the quick release gave me full access if I needed.

Broke
The stitching on the strap broke during the second day of wear causing the phone to drop to the ground. I was very lucky it didn't fall into a canal in Venice, Italy!
