Item Not As Described So Buyer Beware
Buyer beware. Hat is as expected but insert was missing so not useful and store wouldn’t provide insert unless, at inconvenience to me, I returned the hat to store to pick up another or accept a 10% discount, which they raised to 15% when I wouldn’t agree to their options. Sending the insert should have been the only option. But hey, they’re sorry for the inconvenience.
