    Had an issue with the delivery, but the Dick’s staff sorted it out. High quality staff resulted in a positive resolution to a problem.

    Good With Room To Improve

    I've had this treadmill for about a year now and overall would say the experience with it has been positive. Pros: 1. Delivery and assembly was easy and straightforward. 2. The 24 inch screen is immersive with good clarity and touch responsiveness. 3. The incline range is more than one could ever want and the auto incline feature during the workout videos really adds to the immersive feel. 4. The deck feels great to run on and the cushioning is a nice feature. 5. The large variety of ifit workouts that are offered keeps running indoors interesting and fun. Cons: 1. Individual speed and incline buttons on the side of the screen, like the commercial x22i (older model) had, would be a great improvement to this machine. When running fast, it is much easier to hit a specific MPH button than it is to try and hit the correct spot on the touch screen. While there is a stop button and the safety line, needing to slow down in a hurry doesn't always require a stop or pause in the workout. 2. When running at or above 7MPH, the deck gets quite loud and sounds as though one of the plastic cover pieces is banging against another part of the machine. It really increases the overall machine noise and is probably my biggest gripe with the machine. 3. Given the screen is such a key component of this machine and off-machine workouts are part of ifit, it would be nice if the screen could be tilted downward in addition to the rotation. It is hard to view the screen if you are doing yoga, palates, etc. , from the floor. Overall, despite the cons, I would recommend this machine to a friend. I use it heavily during the winter months and look forward to each new workout that I try on iFit. This machine is good for beginner all the way up to competitive runners.

    Great Incline Tread, But That Big Monitor Is Not A Great Feature As Implemented.

    For some, that big monitor and all the trainers you get with the iFit integration might be great. But for serious athletes who don't need hand-holding to get them onto a workout schedule, many may just end up using the manual workout option, which means you use that big display to...see your marker moving slowly around an oval track. Borinig. Getting it to show scenery is supposedly possible, but certainly not easy, and if you'd rather use your mobile device to AirPlay something to that screen, you can't! Nor is there a shelf on which to prop or hang an iPad or phone, in case you want to watch that screen rather than be forced to use one of the iFit trail runs (with their constantly talking iFit guides who never shut up), and iFits less-than-idea integration of music and voice (which does not get very loud, even when you pair this treadmill with AirPods. And that big monitor blocks a LOT of airflow, so those who like a fan blowing on them during long, hard workouts must move it to the side. The built-in fan on this treadmill is anemic.

    400 Lb.paperweight - Terrible Service

    Our treadmill was delivered today using the “White Glove” service. The logistics company was great and the delivery appeared to go very well, but when the treadmill was turned on, it made a terrible noise that the installer said was “not normal” (he has installed many of these). The installer called tech support to troubleshoot, but the support person claimed to not be able to hear the loud noise and all they could do was “have someone contact us in 3-5 days.” A short time later, we tried it again and the machine died completely. So we paid extra a lot of money for the machine, plus 3 years of IFIT, a mat, and white glove delivery and all we have is a 400# albatross. To make it worse, we also contracted for haul off of our old (but working!) treadmill, which they did, and now they have a working treadmill and we don’t. This was a huge purchase for us after a lot of consideration, for a machine that we use nearly everyday. I know equipment can have issues, but to not even get it started and to not give us any idea of a solution for a purchase of this size is inexcusable.

    Just Why We Were Looking For

    We looked at A LOT of treadmills trying to find the right one to fit our needs. Bottom line, this is the only one out there with a 40% incline and that’s what sold us. It’s not getting a 5 star review because connecting it to Garmin is a pain.

    Dsg Has Some Of The Worst Customer Service

    This is a DSG review, not necessarily for this treadmill. I ordered the X24 from DSG during the Black Friday sale. I scheduled the freight drop off for a weeks later. However, I was able to find a better deal, so I called to cancel the order (long before it was scheduled to ship). I was told by 4 people (all could barely speak English and just recited the same talking points) that I was not allowed to cancel and they could not help. One person said they’d put in a request to cancel but it was unlikely, and if it was successful I’d get an email. After the few weeks went by with no emails or calls about the cancellation, and my order still showing processing on DSG’s page, I figured id be getting the treadmill as scheduled. I called the freight company this morning to confirm the drop off time only to be told that DSG had called them weeks ago to cancel the order/shipment. Now the sale from the other option has passed and freight is going to be another few weeks out. Thanks so much for having horrible policies and even worse customer service, DSG! You’ve lost my business.

    Don’t Buy If You’re In Michigan And Have Free Assembly

    Don’t buy this treadmill if you’re counting on the “free delivery and assembly.” The delivery team showed up but refused to bring it inside because the boxed unit couldn’t fit through a standard doorway, and they wouldn’t remove it from the box to bring it in piece by piece, despite that being the whole point of the service. They ended up taking it back to the store, leaving me with nothing. Unless you plan to keep it in a garage or another space with wide access, save yourself the hassle.

    Excellent Treadmill

    Purchased this treadmill a few weeks ago for marathon training during the winter. I love it so far! The machine is very sturdy. The incline and speed adjusts very quickly. I really like the iFit features and running videos. The only downside so far is the cost of the iFit subscription which runs about $40/month and the limited number of apps available. Delivery and install from Dicks Sporting Goods went smoothly.

    The X24 treadmill is life changing. It's a trainer, motivator, and exercise partner rolled into one. The automated functions, sturdy build, and excellent features provide so many ways to not only "free" the burden of exercise but entices us to go workout on it everyday. I find myself thinking about it and looking forward to getting myself active. The X24 gives me a workout from high or low intensity that fits my mood and motivation at every moment. The way the treadmill speeds up and slows down and inclines and declines automatically following the iFit courses serve as an awesome exercise partner and guide. On top of that, the great trainers on the iFit programs and the beautiful sceneries are great value adds to motivate me to get back on the treadmill everyday. The international courses provided a great way to prepare for our vacation. We previewed of running and waking courses in Rome and Florence when we were planning our vacation allowing us to get familiar with both cities prior to our trip! I must say that I have been working out daily because of this treadmill because it makes it so simple - whether I feel a bit low on motivation, I can choose to stay indoors and do a walking routine or if I'm energized to do more but the weather outside is not so amenable, I can go on an aggressive run that really challenged and enhanced my fitness. This treadmill has even motivated my spouse to exercise like never before which is quite impressive. I am so glad to have made the investment in my and my family's health. My spouse and our two kids all use it so much I'm thinking I need a second one! The X24 with the big screen is so awesome.

    Like the treadmill. I do feel like it is harder to run on than on my last treadmill. Just can't go as fast for some reason. Not a fan of the touch screen buttons that do not allow me to increase my speed by . 5. Last treadmill I could push 3 and then 5 quickly and it would start at 3. 5. This one does not do that.
