Excellent Rower. Simple, Effective Workouts.

This rower is the best exercise machine I have owned. I read a lot about the benefits of rowing workouts and they definitely life up to the hype. I can feel the progress and see the results. I like that the workouts are pretty quick and work my entire body. I have limited time with my schedule these workouts help me make the most of it. I decided to go with NordicTrack for their reputation and it has exceeded my expectations. Incredibly well built, the rower feels solid. The controls are intuitive and simple to use. My iPad connects without issue and having the visual of the trainer videos help push me to finish the workouts. If you are looking for a rower, I would highly recommend this product. Every aspect of it is well thought out. For me, it replaces almost all of the gym equipment I used to use in a small footprint with single machine that gives me an effective full-body workout. I found out about this rower from a friend who works for the brand, but my review is my honest and unbiased opinion.

Excellent Entry Level Rower

Like many others I am looking for a way to maintain my fitness while cutting costs & adding this piece of equipment to my home gym has allowed me to do that by now being able to cancel my boutique fitness center membership. The assembly was fairly easy, you will need two individuals to complete the first few steps, after that it can be completed by one individual. It comes with all of the necessary tools for assembly which is an added bonus. The performance of the machine is smooth & not nearly as noisy as other rowers that I have used. Being able to use it with iFit is also a game changer as it allows for immediate feedback on how well you are completing each workout. This is an incentivized review, however even without the savings I would purchase this unit as it is high quality.

Nordictrack Ifit Rowing Machine

Great machine i like the app features. Ans the smooth rowing. A little bit big for my basement not much. But i like how you can control the features threw the app on my ipad to allow the resistance. Over all a greeat machine.

Exactly The Rower I Wanted!

Very pleased with this rower. I told my husband I didn't want a rower with a screen or one that I couldn't move by myself. The RW300 is perfect for those reasons. It is light enough for me to move in and out of a tight area. Even though it is lacking a screen, which some might want, you still have access to iFit and can load it on your phone or tablet to follow along with rowing workouts. Would happily suggest this to anyone looking for a simple and strong rower. This is an incentivized review on my own true thoughts.

Simple Machine, Easy Setup

We were running into an issue with our home gym, we were out of room. When I read reviews about this rower being able to stow well, I figured we would give it a shot. Luckily, the reviews were right and we were able to build, with ease, the rower and place it into an extra closet that we weren't using much. I enjoy the ability to change the resistance with ease. Even when rowing, the ability to touch the control center buttons with ease make it easy. Moving it is also a breeze, my wife was able to move it by herself.

Pretty Good/easy To Use

I've never really used rowing machines much. SInce I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion, I was excited to add this to our home gym collection and give it a try. It was easy and pleasant to use even for a beginner. I already have an iFit membership so I have been using this rower alongside those workouts. The bluetooth works great and it is easy to set my phone and/or tablet on the machine and it has been a great experience so far.

There Is One Flaw To This Rower

I love everything about this rower but one thing. First, it is super easy to set up and install. It's fairly light and has the ability to roll. iFit workouts are really nice on it. The display is very user-friendly. The machine is nearly silent which is nice when I am working out and trying to not wake everyone in the house (try that with a treadmill or water rower). The resistance is in the mid-range but is enough to get a good workout. The only thing I do not like about this product is the foot bindings. The strap is fine but the adjustable "stirrup" for foot length is barely held on by a nub and comes off mid work out several times per workout. Just a poor design for that. It causes your feet to slip out and disrupts the groove and tries to shut off as you can't fix it mid row. Other than that I love it. I was given this equipment at a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

Solid Rower With Smooth Performance

I’ve used a few different rowing machines before, so I had an idea of what to expect when trying the NordicTrack RW300. This machine has been a great fit for me so far! The rowing motion is really smooth, and the seat is comfortable even after longer workouts. It's fairly quiet — not the most silent machine I’ve ever used, but quiet enough that I can work out early without disturbing anyone. The RW300 uses magnetic resistance, which feels a little different compared to other rowers I've used. It's super smooth and consistent, but doesn’t have quite the same "heaviness" I’ve felt with air or water rowers. Still, I’m really happy with the workouts I've been getting from it. Assembly took me about an hour, and while it was manageable alone, an extra set of hands would have helped. One thing to note is that it needs to stay plugged in for the display and digital features to work. Overall, I’m loving it so far! This is an incentivized review

Solid Rowing Machine

I’m a 26-year-old guy living in a townhome, and finding space-friendly workout equipment can be tricky. The NordicTrack RW300 turned out to be exactly what I needed. It fits great in my living room without feeling overwhelming, and when I'm done, it stores upright nicely against the wall, taking up very little space. The setup was straightforward, even solo. The machine feels super sturdy, with smooth rowing motion and a comfortable seat that makes longer workouts easy. The screen is basic, but it gives me everything I need like time, strokes, distance, and calories. Honestly, I prefer the simplicity, less fiddling around before getting started. Changing resistance is effortless and quick, letting me switch between light warmups and intense sessions without pausing. Only downside: the power cord isn’t very long. I had to use an extension cord to reach my outlet. Not a dealbreaker at all, but something to be aware of. Overall, I'm stoked about how professional this machine feels without taking over my living space. Highly recommend it for anyone working with tighter quarters but wanting a legit workout! Great Rower For The Money!

Really happy with this rower! The assembly was not bad at all, took about an hour or so! All the tools and pieces needed came with and were marked to make this an easy process!! Once set up it was a very basic plug and play, easy to figure out and get going on right away. You can easily just row or use the workouts on iFit program. I do not have the subscription, but you can still use the basic app to show distance and other stats! The only thing I was disappointed with is the bluetooth button did not work, so I am not able to hear sound from my phone/app through the speaker on the machine. Not a huge deal as I usually have earbuds in anyways, but for some that might be a factor is it's not working. Too be fair I have not contacted them about this, as it doesn't affect my workouts at all. Overall this is a great rower for the money and I would suggest this to my friends who are looking at getting one. This is an incentivized review.

Perfect For A Busy Mom Who Still Wants Results!

I can squeeze in a quick 20-minute workout and still feel like I did a full gym session. It’s super easy to use, the learning curve was basically nothing, and I love how effective every row feels. Plus, the machine itself is really solid and well-built — no creaking or wobbling, even when I go all-out. The best part is the amazing results I’ve been seeing in just a few weeks. Stilling Getting The Hang Of It

I am liking the NordicTrack RW300 Rower, but am not loving the display screen. I have to use the Ifit app on my phone and then place my phone on the rower display in order to see all of the statistics at once. This probably varies by person, but I prefer to see the stats all at once. On this particular model you can only view one stat at a time. The rower itself works well! This is an incentivized review.
