Can Not Use It

We purchased a Nordictrac RW600 rower at a discounted rate. We picked it up just before they closed for the day, and were told the power cord was in the backroom and that the department manager would find it the following day.. The following day we returned, being told they didn’t find it yet, but would look more intently when things slow down. We’re on our third or fourth week now without a cord, when the store was told we’d be returning the rower they asked for a few more days. The end of the three days is tomorrow, so we’ll see what happens. Everyone at the store has been helpful but any savings we realized are overshadowed by the weeks of waiting to use it.
