Great Treadmill

I’m in the gym almost every day, so I don’t usually expect much from home equipment—but this treadmill surprised me. It’s been really convenient to get my cardio done before work or even late at night when I get home. The NordicTrack T Series 16 feels solid and stable, even when I’m running at a faster pace. It doesn’t shake or feel cheap, which is a big deal for me. I can do everything from steady runs to intervals and still feel like I got a legit workout in. It’s also pretty quiet, which makes early morning or late-night runs doable without worrying about waking anyone up. There’s a little delay sometimes when loading workouts, but that seems more like a WiFi issue than the treadmill itself. I did receive this product as part of an incentivized review, but these are my honest thoughts after using it consistently. Overall, it’s been a great way to stay on track with cardio without always needing the gym.

Durable And Sturdy!

This treadmill does its job, but getting it set up was honestly the hardest part. The NordicTrack T16 is very heavy, and I definitely couldn’t have done it without my boyfriend. After that, it’s been reliable and comfortable. As a mom of 3 and currently pregnant, I use it mostly for walking, and it’s quiet enough for nap time. I’ve run on it before and didn’t have any issues. I’ve had a little lag when loading workouts, but I’m pretty sure that’s our internet. I was incentivized to write this review, but these are my genuine thoughts.

Great Product!

This treadmill has been amazing from start to finish. The setup was just plain easy. There's a step-by-step video and the tools are all included and clearly labeled. (Ikea could take a lesson). And I love the workouts. This review is incentivized, but the feedback is honest. Every morning before work I visit a different place in my workouts and, between the physical workout and the mental break, my blood pressure has gone down!

Great Treadmill

This treadmill is awesome! We have other cardio equipment that are great but this treadmill is perfect for all exercise levels. Since walking is a low barrier to entry activity it has helped keep my commitment to exercise. The belt doesn’t skip when running and the shocks are soo nice. As smooth as butter! Incline to 12 is awesome. I do wish you could change the quick start workout background to a cool location from the iFit videos instead of the basic track. I know this brand is really reliable and lasts forever so I felt confident in the investment. I was given this product for a reduced price so this is an incentivized review, but my opinion is honest and I really recommend this treadmill to anyone!

Awesome Addition To A Home Gym

The NordicTrack treadmill has been a great addition to my home gym. I have been exercising for a long time and have used every type of equipment there is. The NordicTrack treadmill has been one of the best pieces of equipment I have ever used. The setup was really easy, and it doesn’t take up a lot of space in my garage. I have enjoyed how smooth it is when I run on it. As a bigger guy some treadmills will stick and can be annoying to run on. This treadmill has never had any of those issues. I feel like I am able to run very easily on it. It runs very quietly which helps because I run in the morning and it doesn’t wake up my kids. I also like the big screen it has. Makes it more enjoyable while I am running to watch something on Netflix. This is an incentivized review, however I have really enjoyed this treadmill and would highly recommend it.

Long Time Treadmill User

I have very little time with my own business and kids, so a simple machine where I can get a quick walk or jog in is great. The ifit workouts are a nice guide sometimes. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion

Finally Found A Way To Stay Consistent At Home

After trying (and failing) to stay consistent with workouts since having my twins, I finally feel like I’ve found something that fits real life. The NordicTrack T16 has made it much easier to keep a routine without adding stress. Most nights I hop on after bedtime and walk around 3. 5 mph while catching up on emails or listening to an audio book. The motor is really smooth, I don't hear a vibrating hum like I’ve noticed on other treadmills, which makes it feel calmer to use at the end of the day. The cushioning has also been great for my knees, especially after long days keeping up with toddlers, life and my work. The incline adjusts quickly, which I use a lot for short bursts. It transitions without throwing me off, which I appreciate. The fan is stronger than I expected and actually keeps me cool without being noisy. We fold it up when not in use to make space in the play area downstairs, and it locks securely which makes me feel at ease that my children won't be able to accidentally get into it. For me, it’s made staying active feel manageable instead of like another task on my list. This is an incentivized review. Feels Like Running Outside

I am an ultra-runner, marathoner, and triathlete. I’m no Olympic hopeful, but I am trying to take my game to the next level, and this treadmill has been a game changer for me so far. The gym I frequent has a few treadmills, but they are not exactly the most modern or special, so I have not really had an opportunity to try an updated model. I was pretty blown away by even some relatively simple features of this NordicTrack. First, the screen and video content is way more engaging than I would have thought. I am not the biggest personal training guy, but the outdoor running routes and trails are immersive enough to replicate that “escape” feeling you get while running but typically cannot achieve on a treadmill. Combined with the integrated fan and seriously legit built-in Bluetooth speaker, this is as good as indoor running gets. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest, unbiased opinion and I have a family member who works for this brand.

Dependable And High Quality Treadmill

I've been really pleased with the T16. . Straightforward to assemble, sleek design, easy to use, and sturdy. . even when I'm running on an incline! The iFit workouts make for a nice challenge when I'm lacking motivation.

Highly Recommend

This is an incentivized review. Its been a long time since I've used a treadmill and but this one has made it easier to get back in the habit. A couple of the features that I really liked: 1. Length of the treadmill. Many other treadmills feel like I'm going to fall off the back or your crammed at the front. On the T Series 16, I can comfortably run with room in front and behind. 2. Size of the screen. When I'm running, it can be difficult to adjust the speed and/or elevation. This makes much easier to adjust the run without having to jump off to do it. Its amazing simple these two things are but they make a big difference. Highly recommend this treadmill.

The Best Treadmill!

From the moment I stepped onto the NordicTrack T16 (2025), I felt like I’d entered a premium training zone. The 16″ touchscreen responds sharply, the adjustable cushioning adapts to my stride, and the incline goes high enough to really challenge my legs. It’s rare to find a home treadmill that feels this smooth, powerful, and engaging. If you’re ready to commit to serious cardio at home, this machine delivers.

Quick Cardio!

I prefer to run outside if possible, but between having two young kids and a full time job, having a treadmill allows me to squeeze in some cardio between responsibilities. The T Series 16 has been a great addition to our home, it’s not too noisy and can fold up to make some space, though I do wish it had less of angle when collapsed. So far I’m more of a Quick Start guy but I’m hoping I’ll have some more time to explore the features.

Very Pleased!

I have nothing but good things to say about this treadmill! I recently moved to a cold part of the country and am adjusting to the long winter months. I am building a small home gym to help me stay in shape over the long winter months. This treadmill has everything I could want! The screen is a fantastic size, and the options available are excellent. I am currently using an iFit membership on it and am subscribed to lots of great resources! The hardest part of working out at home, is knowing what to do. I am loving that I can walk, run, or look in the iFit portion and do all sorts of workouts! There is weight training, pilates, guided walks/runs, etc. Not only am I happy with the added workout options, but I am also happy of the treadmill set up itself. The fan is great, putting out some good airflow. The speakers are powerful. I was initially concerned about the width of the walking portion, but I have had absolutely no issue with feeling limited on running space. It responds quickly to adjustments in speed or incline. I honestly have no complaints! Very pleased! This is an incentivized review but is honest and unbiased.

Good But Not Great

I got this product at a reduced price in exchange for my honest opinion - there is a lot of good about this treadmill. It does exactly what you want and expect from a treadmill. It's just a technology site. That is a bit disappointing. It looks amazing, but the functions just weren't great for me. The screen wasn't as responsive to my touch as I wanted. I mostly wanted to use the "quick start" feature to just get on, run and be done, but it took a minute longer to start up the other treadmills I've used. For the price tag - I expect a little better technology. It does have a good cushioning system to decrease impact which I love. The noise level is also great. I can easily hear the TV over it. All in all it does the job! Just not as user-friendly on the tech side.

Winter Walking Hugely Upgraded!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a mom of two living in the Northeast, and winter usually kills my step goals. This treadmill has been such an upgrade from the walking pad I used before, especially with the big screen that makes long walks way less boring. One feature I love is that the deck lifts up and stores compactly, which matters a lot when you don’t have a dedicated home gym. It feels solid, quiet, and way more comfortable underfoot than my old setup. I actually look forward to using it now, even when it’s freezing outside.
