I bought this a few weeks ago. I went too cheap on quality (my fault). The treadmill wobbles when you reach about 4.5 mph and the display buttons have to be pressed very hard to change display, not something you want to do when you're running,

Stopped working within about a year. Had to fight to get them to honor the warranty. Then a year later it failed again and they claim they won't support it. Cost of replacement console is as much as the treadmill when I bought it. Absolute garbage

DON’T BUY ANY NORDICTRACK PRODUCTS! The treadmill itself is nice and the unit I have owned for 4 years did work great until iFit updated the software. Now my treadmill won’t work at all because the new software won’t work on “older” models with brain boards past 2023. There is a class action lawsuit against iFit to attempt to resolve this issue. The treadmill can’t even operate in manual mode because all controls are connected to the brainboard. The software update “bricked” many owner’s treadmills, rendering them completely useless. I spent many hours on multiple phone calls with customer service and support to find a solution. NordicTrack is telling customers they have to find a newer aftermarket console to swap themselves as they no longer manufacture extra consoles. There are no aftermarket consoles available, so I’m stuck with an inoperable treadmill that I will need a junk hauler to come haul away. Check out the Better Business Bureau reviews about this issue and steer clear of NordicTrack and any other brand that uses iFit software as an operating system.

I want to start off by saying I am not one who normally takes the time to write reviews, but in this case I think what I have to say may benefit some of you out there. First, I don’t like reading a review and at the end find out it is for a different product by the same manufacturer so I am copying down the product information so you know what treadmill I am talking about. The NordicTrack T Series 5 Treadmill (NLT17624). About me. I currently am struggling with some medical issues and my doctors have prescribed certain things that I am to do. I like to go for walks, but currently my legs and feet go numb and there are times that I feel my legs are about to give out and I might fall. I wanted to find a device that I could use to simulate my walking around the neighborhood. I normally walk along straight paths and some minor inclines and slopes. I did not a device with tons of fancy options nor did I want to spend a lot of money for one either. When I learned of this product I think I found the perfect solution to my problem. It does what I need and a whole lot more! I can easily get on the treadmill and adjust the speed from next to nothing on up to my walking speed. Now it is a real treadmill and it can accommodate you professional runners with speeds up to 10 MPH so maybe one day I will too. I like that I can adjust the incline so I can mimic the slight hills on my walk. I have adjusted it from 0 on up to 10%. So a true runner can take advantage of this feature as well. The real need for me was the security of the side bars in the event that my legs give out so I do not fall and get hurt. I can take my walk on this Treadmill and be assured that I am safe and I will not fall because I have the support of this product to be there while I am using it. I know this is not the typical review that you normally read, but if you know anyone that has issues like I currently do, this product is worth the price for the benefits I need and for the safety it provides. I have shared my unbiased and honest incentivized review of this product in hopes that it can help someone else out there.
