As you work out, iFIT tracks your performance and automatically changes the treadmill’s 0-12% incline range, and 0-12 MPH speed range to exactly what you need, so every workout is hands-free and personalized to you. Add your own Bluetooth®-enabled heart rate monitor, and iFIT can automatically change your workout intensity to keep you in a target zone with ActivePulse™. The SelectFlex™ cushioned deck allows you to adjust the cushioning between soft and firm to meet your preferences. The built-in fan will keep you cool and comfortable during your entire session. And you can plug your phone into the USB-C port to keep it charged no matter how long you’re working out. When your workout is finished, easily fold and roll away your equipment to maximize your room’s space.
