WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY AND SET UP:

  • White Glove Delivery and Set Up is included in the purchase price of the treadmill. All deliveries must occur within 24 days of purchase, or the transaction will be cancelled
  • Scheduling: Athletes placing orders for the Ultra 1 Treadmill consent to receive text messages, phone calls, and emails from the Ultra 1 Concierge Service. The concierge service will help facilitate white glove delivery and set up of the product

CONCIERGE SERVICE AND RETURNS:

  • Concierge Service: Ultra 1 includes a dedicated Concierge service from the manufacturer for delivery, installation, and returns (see https://www.nordictrack.com/terms for manufacturer's return policy). The Ultra 1 Concierge Service offers a high-touch, personalized experience designed to support athletes through every step — from shipping to delivery and returns. Athletes receive direct access to the manufacturer’s product concierge via a dedicated phone line and email, eliminating the need to navigate automated menus
  • Returns: Ultra 1 Customers may contact the Ultra 1 Concierge within 30 days of the delivery date to initiate the return. Returns will include a return shipping charge of $250, plus a $1,500 restocking fee. A Marathon Runner’s Dream Machine

This treadmill is one of the most beautiful machines I’ve ever seen. From the instant fan to the sleek, modern design and incredible sound system—bravo! As an experienced marathon runner who’s completed 13 marathons, I’m blown away by how this machine performs. The running space is generous—even with my long strides, I never came close to the front of the deck. The worldwide runs are breathtaking, and I love that it declines for realistic training. It even allows you to simulate famous race courses, which I can’t wait to use while preparing for runs like Boston or London. Yes, the price point is on the higher side, but with all the bells and whistles, it absolutely meets the expectation. It’s clear NordicTrack designed this treadmill for runners who want the best of performance, comfort, and innovation.

Love It

The Ultra1 is a one of a kind treadmill starting with its stunningly good looks. It looks amazing, the sound is next level and the onscreen entertainment brings it all together! Love this machine!

Wow, this treadmill is amazing!!! It’s so nice to run on — it’s so smooth and also a little flexible, which makes it really easy to run on and it absorbs some of the impact on your joints. I loved the nice big touchscreen — it’s super clear for viewing media while running, and the touchscreen menu makes it really easy to use. The pre-programmed workouts were nice too. A trainer would take you on trails through various sights, while the treadmill automatically adjusted your incline and speed. Plus with the wood sides and modern design it’s the nicest looking treadmill I’ve ever seen. Overall, I give it 5 stars out of 5!

Stunning Treadmill

This treadmill functions incredibly well and smoothly but it is so nice to see a piece of fitness equipment that actually looks beautiful as well!! I am an interior designer and this treadmill would actually add to a wellness room instead of detract from it!! I love all of the brass detail and that you don’t even notice the fans that are well integrated into the legs of the treadmill!! Easy to use and again, it looks beautiful as well!! 10/10

Best Treadmill

The ultra 1 is the best treadmill I’ve ever run on. I love doing workouts with the iFIT trainers throughout the world. Makes it way more fun to spend more time running or hiking on it. I absolutely love the design. It’s just beautiful! Feels more like furniture than a treadmill. Love the gold handles that adjust speed/ incline and the many cup and phone holders so easily accessible. This treadmill is top of the line! The ultimate treadmill experience for me!
