The Ultra 1 Concierge Service offers a high-touch, personalized experience designed to support athletes through every step — from shipping to delivery and returns. • Returns: Ultra 1 Customers may contact the Ultra 1 Concierge within 30 days of the delivery date to initiate the return. Returns will include a return shipping charge of $250, plus a $1,500 restocking fee.
